PITTSBURGH—Paws N Claws Eyewear, the philanthropic, animal-friendly optical company, has expanded to Canada with Paws N Claws Eyewear Canada. With the company’s new marketing director, Brian Heap, Paws N Claws will continue to give back with its philanthropic partnership with the Canadian Federation of Humane Societies (CFHS) and Humane Canada. Through its new partnership with CFHS, Paws N Claws will donate 3 percent to 5 percent of net sales. Heap has been involved in the eyewear business in Canada for many years in all aspects of marketing and distribution to mass market and optical outlets, and Paws N Claws is thrilled to welcome him to the management team. Heap’s optical experience includes selling sunglasses and reading glasses to all the big box stores in Canada, the company said.
