NEW YORK—Early-bird registration for the Vision Monday Global Leadership Summit is set to expire at midnight on Jan. 31, Summit organizers said. This exclusive live event will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Times Center here, just prior to Vision Expo East that week. Additionally, the Summit program has been expanded to include two new speakers, Heike Young of Salesforce and global markets reporter Jill Malandrino. For the past five years, Heike Young has been researching and writing about trends in retail, marketing and customer experience at Salesforce, a global leader in customer relationship management.

During that time, she has hosted and produced 100 episodes of Salesforce's award-winning podcast, the Marketing Cloudcast. Formerly a social and content marketing strategist for international brands, her research has been featured in WSJ, USA Today, Forbes, AdWeek, and beyond. She speaks about retail innovation at events like Dreamforce and Salesforce World Tours.

Jill Malandrino is the host of TradeTalks and regularly reports from the Nasdaq MarketSite, Nasdaq PHLX Trading Floor and industry conferences. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Jill was the product development manager for The Street's OptionsProfits where she reported from the Nasdaq, NYSE, Chicago Board of Trade, CBOE and NYMEX trading floors. She was formerly on the institutional equity trading desks of Prudential Equity Group and H.C. Wainwright. Her 15-plus years of experience on Wall Street, give her the insight to facilitate meaningful conversations with industry leaders.

The 2019 VM Summit is titled, "Decoding the Consumer: The New Science of Customer Behavior."
