MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica—Dreams Wild Orchid Resort was the backdrop of the 2018 Charmant national sales meeting. The theme of the three-day meeting was the Power of Charmant where the company concentrated on the strength of Charmant with its 35+ year legacy in the U.S., as well as the strong global presence of the Charmant Group for over 60 years worldwide.

Masakiyo Honjo, president of Charmant USA, shared insights and strategies of the Charmant Group focusing on the strength of the company’s quality and innovation in development of new products. He stated that with Charmant’s history of being a leader in development of technologically advanced materials and products, the company is strategically positioned to succeed in the marketplace.

Other elements of the meeting focused on the changing landscape of the optical industry and the strategies to succeed in these changing times. There was also time for fun in the surf and sand, culminating in a celebration dinner dance where Charmant honored its 2017 award winners.
