Moscot Debuts 2015 Sun Collection
Quick Take: The century-old, family-owned Moscot has introduced a new four piece sun collection.
Wearer: “Combining Moscot’s classic shapes with the eclectic styles that defined the 1970s, the Collection is a kaleidoscope of hippie bling and understated glitz that is undeniably summer, and unmistakably Moscot,” the company said.
Specifics: All four styles have polarized gradient sun lenses with a multi-layered back surface coating for an anti-reflective, no glare effect and high UVA/UVB protection for sun protection and clear vision.
Selling Points: The Conrad has a refined shape, with exposed metal layered between block acetate with diamond shaped rivets on the front, metal inlays on the temples, a keyhole bridge and five barrel hinges. The Everet also has exposed metal layered between block acetate, but with two dot rivets on the front, metal inlays on the temples, a saddle bridge and five barrel hinges. The Major is an oversized, modified aviator with a double bar. It has a combination metal acetate frame with metal inlays on the temples, a saddle bridge and seven barrel hinges.
