Theo Unveils the Diva Collection
Theo has unveiled the Divas Series which includes four models, the Marilyn, Grace, Judy and Brigitte, all in acetate. Each frame is named after a “diva;” Marilyn (Monroe), Grace (Kelly), Judy (Garland) and Brigitte (Bardot). Theo designer, Patrick Hoet, conceived the four models, all of which are very much “in your face” and in fact each appears as though one frame is “caught” in another one with the emphasis always on the inside frame. The concept behind the collection was that divas like to hide behind their sunglasses, thus the four styles in this collection can almost be used as a mask or a shield since the wearer’s eyes are not visible from the sides.
