Selling Points: The Eloyse style is a modern oversized square frame featuring HD plastic with a thinner front. It is available in black, blue crystal, coral crystal and tortoise. Specifics: Four are within the brand’s feather collection which obtain their unique coloration through the use of natural feathers, three are within its hand cut plexiglass collection. Every one of these styles is handmade with only a limited number of each produced worldwide. Each is numbered on its temple tip and is packaged in a case and box with an international guarantee card and cleaning cloth.
Selling Points: Each of the feathers’ models are cleaned and dyed to carefully chosen pantone colors then inserted by hand in between two sheets of crystal acetate. A variety of techniques and cuts are utilized. The Aston style’s acetate front is cut and layered to show an upper portion featuring detailed feather work and the lower level is a complimenting it with a lightly colored crystal tone. Another technique can be seen on the Murles frame—a progressive, geometric shape demonstrating the brand’s interpretation of a traditional color fade—however the use of the feathers provides for a vivid touch of asymmetry that cannot be achieved through typical acetate colors.
The plexi models all feature engravings that are done one by one through the use of a handheld micro cutter with coloration (via syringe) applied after. In addition to the flower and leaf imagery seen throughout these styles the introduction of colored plexiglass (such as violet and grey tones) has also been added to compliment these models’ crystalized effect.
