Top Line: Kaleidos is a mobile binocular refractometer and vision analyzer that measures both eyes at the same time, in real life vision conditions. Designed and distributed by Adaptica, it can fully detect refractive errors, eye abnormalities and vision problems by measuring objective refraction in the range of -15D to +15D, and dynamic pupil response to programmable light stimulations, just by looking for a few seconds into the instrument.
Close Up: Kaleidos’ functioning is entirely independent of the surrounding light. Measuring is automatic, and the measuring process is very quick. Measurements are extremely accurate, consistent and replicable, according to Adaptica.
