MORRIS PLAINS, New Jersey—Charmant USA and Eddie Bauer have renewed their licensing agreement through 2022. The agreement states that Charmant will continue to design and manufacture ophthalmic frames and sunglasses for Eddie Bauer over the next three years. Charmant launched the Eddie Bauer eyewear collection, which features durable materials such as stainless steel, premium acetate, flexible metals, and titanium, in 2017. Jean Simone, Charmant vice president, said, “We are pleased to renew our partnership with the Eddie Bauer brand. There is a natural synergy with their parallel focus on quality.
