Latest News Nidek Supports Reconstruction of Nepal School By Staff Wednesday, December 27, 2017 12:15 AM HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.—A school in Nepal that had been destroyed by the 2015 earthquake recently reopened in a new building, thanks to support from Nidek. After the collapse, the Shree Kalika Secondary School Sundawati operated in a temporary building. Nidek responded to a request from local people and supported the rebuilding of the school in 2016.
