Latest News VIP Lineup for Corporate Optometry Panel Set for Vision Expo West 2018 By Staff Monday, September 17, 2018 12:18 AM ALEXANDRIA, Va.—A new Corporate Optometry Panel at Vision Expo West will bring together industry thought leaders from Costco, Luxottica, MyEyeDr., NewGradOptometry, Visionworks of America and Walmart Vision to discuss the range of business models that optometrists can practice in corporate optometry today, according to an announcement from show organizers. Titled “Pathways to Leadership in Corporate Optometry,” the event is sponsored by Luxottica and Visionworks of America and attendees will also enjoy an opportunity to network at a cocktail reception immediately following the panel. The panel will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 4:30. to 5:15 p.m. at the NewGradOptometry + CovalentCareers Booth #23087; a cocktail and networking reception will follow from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. No registration is required to attend the panel and reception, but attendees must be registered for Vision Expo. Jim Muniz, director of training and development at DigitalOptometrics will be the panel moderator.
