VENICE, Calif.—On May 17, Costa hosted a launch party here to unveil its latest sunglass collection, Untangled. From 7 to 10 p.m. guests enjoyed drinks, a Chilean Empanada bar, fresh churros and live music by Bad Leaf & Sleeping Chief as well as an exclusive look at the new line of sunglasses.

The Untangled Collection features frames made with discarded fishing nets in collaboration with Bureo, a company working together with fishing communities to recycle discarded fishing nets into all kinds of quality products.

The collection features four sunglass styles, the Baffin, Pescador, Caldera and Victoria, which were created through the recycling of discarded fishing nets. The Untangled Collection incorporates responsible materials, “designed with a complete end of life solution.”
