Shameless is a comedy-drama which airs on Showtime. A remake of the award-winning British series, the series depicts the dysfunctional family of Frank Gallagher, a single father of six children. While he spends his days drunk, his kids learn to take care of themselves. Emmy Rossum plays Fiona Gallagher, the eldest of the Gallagher children, and the main protagonist of the series. Most of the responsibility for child-rearing has fallen on her shoulders, forcing her to drop out of high school in her junior year. She works a few dead-end minimum-wage jobs to support her five siblings. Scream Queen is an upcoming horror/comedy TV show from the creators of American Horror Story, expected to air on Fox in the fall. The first season will be centered on a college campus that is rocked by a series of murders. Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Joe Manganiello, Keke Palmer and Abigail Breslin were all announced as series regulars, with Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas appearing in recurring roles. Sadly(?), Manganiello had to depart the series, due to publicity obligations for his upcoming film Magic Mike XXL and Oliver Hudson was hired as his replacement.
