Amy Adams is a perennially award nominated actress. Unfortunately, she was not nominated for an Oscar this year but it worth noting that in addition to winning the BAFTA for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Big Eyes this year, she has won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical two years in a row. Last year for American Hustle and this year for Big Eyes, so she is sure to be on that Oscar night red carpet.
