For spring/summer 2019 the designers looked toward the high-energy of the brand. The new styles blend a Parisian confidence with California cool that Kenzo has come to represent. This diverse first release plays with distinctive shapes and futuristic influences. The result reflects Kenzo’s vibrant personality—both unexpected and eclectic. Some highlights to this debut include the KZ50012 optical style featuring an exaggerated teardrop silhouette, and these glasses underline an assured look. The palette of acetate, in dark Havana or pink acetate, depict a perfectly modern yet vintage look. The KZ40001 is an elevated cat eye silhouette that stands at the forefront of style. These distinct, complex glasses are constructed from different layers of acetate, matte metal and solid lenses. Also included in the Kenzo Eyewear’s launch is the KZ4000.
