Vision Monday.com. The survey and final report is based on revenues for the calendar year ending Dec. 31, 2018. The survey asks for your total revenues, including sales from both company-owned and franchised stores (if applicable), managed vision care revenues, online sales, and any share of affiliated doctors’ fees or laser-surgery fees that companies receive.
