DALLAS—Eyecare Services Partners (ESP) has announced the appointment of Padma S. Cole as vice president of revenue cycle management. Cole joins ESP with 30 years of business leadership experience in revenue cycle management, optical products, multi-site health care and Six Sigma business transformation. In addition to this, Cole was previously vice president, revenue cycle operations for PPG Healthcare; vice president, revenue cycle point solutions for Parallon/HCA; director, hospital operations excellence for Conifer Health Solutions; director, advisory services for Texas Health Resources; vice president, physician services and customer support for Essilor of America as well as principal, e-business and service (Lean Six Sigma Business Transformation Leader) for Xerox, where she was also a general manager-developing markets.

Cole received her Executive MBA (Magna cum Laude) from the William E. Simon School of Business, University of Rochester; her Master of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics (Summa cum Laude) from Southern Illinois University, and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Honors) from Osmania University, India.

She is a Healthcare Financial Management Association Certified revenue cycle representative, ITIL V3 Expert, and certified in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Time-To-Market.
